Kmart Doubles 8/30 with Pics and Complaint
Let me start this by saying my Kmart has always been gracious, wonderful, understanding, cooperative UNTIL today-this was a trip (so sorry) from HELL! The cashiers stepped up their mean game and went full force, but in the end-I conquered! Total before coupons $287.46, Total OOP $11.52 for all this stuff. But let me enlighten you Kmart sure acted as if I was stealing. When are they going to get it that it's not stealing it's NOT a crime to use coupons. I did three separate transactions, last one came out to $-.40. Cashier had to get the manager-
Manager: "Do you think I have to pay you?"
Moi: No I know your policy, not expecting money back,
Manager: "well you will have to bring your total up to beyond negative",
Moi: No lady I don't think that's the policy-
Manager: "I am the Manager I think I know my stores policy"
Moi: I don't want the money-do not have to bring my total above negative
Manager: "Just do it this one time", to cashier-"Be on the lookout for others like her"
Moi: I will be calling corporate on this type of treatment!!!!!

Bad News for Kmart Doublers
I was reading around on the internet and had to email Kmart to confirm this before posting-Apparently Kmart is no longer going to double their coupons until after the holidays and resume doing so until January 2010-so if you get the chance to double this weekend DO SO. If not we will have to patiently wait 5 long months.
