As many may have read I have since been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and have no other choice but to eat healthier. I have been good at sticking to my new diet and have given up soda. It was in the beginning extremely hard for me to find the right foods (since I am sooooo picky and a chocolate lover), but amazingly I have become use to eating these types of foods (healthy foods that is) So when I was offered to do a giveaway and review of the Fiber One Cereal I jumped at the chance, and to much amazement this cereal is truly tasty and now has replaced my other breakfast cereal.
If you´re dieting, chances are you´re hungry! You know skipping breakfast or drinking that diet shake just isn´t going to cut it. When diets leave you hungry, you can find yourself off-course and giving into dreaded and seemingly inevitable cravings.
Fiber helps satisfy your hunger so it´s easier to eat less
and lose weight without feeling as hungry.
One serving of Fiber One Original cereal provides
more than half
(57%) of the Daily Value of fiber.
Fiber One Original cereal is a tasty way to start
your morning
on the right track with 0 grams of sugar, 14 grams
of fiber, 60 calories and 1 gram of fat per serving.
I also wanted you to check out this mini microsite which houses product information, a high-value coupon and tips. The first 15 readers will be able to sign up to receive a FREE box of cereal through the microsite.
As many of you know, Fiber One Original cereal also can be a great way to incorporate fiber into mealtime recipes. For ideas, Hungry Girl is providing tips for the Fiber One Original cereal "Help Take the Hunger out of Dieting" mini microsite, as well as starting a Facebook discussion on Friday, October 8 at 3 p.m. Eastern to share tips and new recipes.

Of course I follow your blog! The best way to stay on track when dieting is to eat a healthy breakfast. Those who skip breakfast gain more weight than lose it!
I'm a follower via GFC - kdmiller90 & my tip to staying on track while dieting is to not even buy my guilt foods. If I don't buy them, they aren't around the house; if they aren't around the house, I won't eat them!
I stay on track as best as i can, after 2 kids, i need to watch what i eat more, but i am a 'healthy' eater & love Fruits & Veggies and prefer to only eat a little meat. We always have 1 of every food group on our plates. My daughters (6&3) LOVE to eat Salmon, Broccoli, and all different F&Vs :D ƸӜƷ .•´¸.•*¨) ¸.•*¨) (¸.•´ (¸.•´ .•´ ¸¸.•¨¯`• ƸӜƷ
The way to stay on diet is to watch the amount of snacks you eat. It's good to eat some every once in a while as a treat, but don't go overboard, especially on sweets.
I "like" you on Facebook & I subscribe on email. One way we try to stay on diet is if we buy a box dinner we will switch out the pasta & cheese with whole wheat and fat free cheese :)

My diet tip - eat things high in fiber. They keep you full longer. Exercise is a key element in dieting too! :)

I stay on track by keeping a food journal now. It helps to look back at foods I eat, blood sugar readings and weight lost. dmatthews38751@yahoo.com

I already LIKE you on Facebook...and I suggested friends to you.
I don't like to diet, but I do believe in portion control. It's important to eat what your body needs and not what you may crave.

I just have to stay out of the kitchen at work and away from the candy machine! :)

I'm a blog follower, and I usually try not to buy "snacking" food that would tempt me when I'm on a diet. :)
