What are your best tips for getting grocery deals? Newspaper coupons, bulk buying through clipping services, internet coupons, etc.?

Everyone's been asking .... how to find such good deals on Toliet Paper ... that's been alot of what I've been seen asked. I would also like to know as well. I would LOVE to stock up on some cheap priced TP!!
